Client: Fazer, Agency: Aivan, Duration: 2019–2021
Fazer for Minis was born to offer a better option for childrens snacking in a market filled with ultra sweet and unhealthy options. The project started by researching the market and diving into consumer studies. Based on this insight, various standpoints were made and simplified to one visual concept. First round of products were launched to clarify peoples thoughts on the visual style and the snacks itself. Next the series was developed to actual line of packaging. In this finalizing phase the style of characters (expressions, position, interaction) and visual style of packaging were carefully examined and once more tested with consumers. The end-product is built around recognizable composition of colorfull figure on dark blue background and flavour-based coloring scheme. Together the charaters and the copy tell small stories and witty life-lessons for both adults and the kids.
Client: Kennelpakaste, Agency: Aivan, Duration: 2019–2020
Kennelpakaste is one of the oldest finnish companies that manufacture high quality foods for canine. Their products are made from fresh ingredients without unnecessary processing and quickly frozen helping to maintain high nutritional values in every batch. The manufacturing process is very straight-forward which we wanted to convert to the graphic style of the packaging. From this simplistic standpoint the identity and naming were simplified to bold identifier shape and slogan. Main elements were backed with color-scheme to communicate flavour and humorous illustration to work as a background for all graphics.

Starship Technologies is a company developing small self-driving robotic delivery vehicles. The company is headquartered in San Francisco, California, with engineering operations in Tallinn, Estonia, and a satellite team in Helsinki, Finland. During several years of co-operation we worked closely with Starhip to maintain a consistent and neat appearance on various platforms to meet the needs of an internationally acknowledged technology company. My responsibilities were in designing and delivering several product launches in the UK and US, social media and illustration.
Client: Suomen Rakennusuojat, Agency: Aivan, Duration: 01/2020–06/2020
Suomen rakennussuojat Oy is a Helsinki based construction company focused on selling products used in covering and protecting all surfaces on a construction site. Their services include products, services and planning of projects. Designing the identity started with drawing an easily recognizable logotype that was complemented with striking and high-contrast coloring. The typography was chosen to fit the classical image of a construction company.
